If you are in line when the polls close, they have to let you vote. Do not let anyone tell you not to vote. If the president himself calls off the vote, for example, protest and demand to be counted. Do not let the media tell you that your candidate won. If your candidate is declared the winner, vote anyway.

There are many reports on social media of widespread electoral fraud at the polls this morning. Do not trust the button on the electronic machines to vote a straight party-line ticket. The voting machines switch the presidential vote when using this option. Be sure to double-check your vote before submitting on the electronic voting machines. Your presidential vote will likely be switched sometime before you click to submit. Be sure that you get a printed stub/receipt. The machines are designed not to accept a vote if they are out of receipt paper, and provide an error message in this circumstance. Do not believe the poll worker if you do not receive a stub and yet are told that your vote will be counted.

Ask for a paper ballot in lieu of using the machines for maximum vote security. They cannot deny you this, as far as I know. Do not mark your vote as democrat or republican, etc., on the outer envelope if asked, since the purpose of these envelopes is to maintain the privacy of your vote until it is opened and counted.

Take a picture of your vote before submitting it, and keep your stub.

Please be alert, and report any suspicions or irregularities to the appropriate authorities for your state/district and also to your party's electoral fraud reporting line.

The theory is to prevent voter fraud... paying people to vote for your candidate, and requiring a picture as proof to get paid

Though, AFAIK, nobody has every been prosecuted for this
