Recent discussion has been hinting at  how us dudes, or dudeism in general, can help the less fortunate, needy and people the square community doesn't give a shit about.

Yes, there are organisations like Kiva etc, but could/should we do more?

It seems appropriate, that more action is needed in the world, than saying fuck it and not getting involved. How far can we realistically go?
