Hello, Dudes.

I presume you all are more interested in my current goings-on than in perusing my old ramblings. Linking you to my website or websites later will also reveal my identity, so I'm deleting my old posts to avoid causing problems with my business.

You have no idea how good it felt to delete all that. I have enough stress without carrying around all that useless garbage.

No, not really.  ;D

But seriously, I understand your motivation.  It seems odd that a potential employer can use something you posted online 10 years ago to justify not hiring you, but that's the world we live in these days--your online presence can come back to haunt you just as things you've said or done in the past in real life can.  Although employment never entered my mind, I've always tried to be mindful of the things I post on forums like this and have done what I can to have my online presence match my real life presence.  Whether I've succeeded or not I have no idea, but if something I've posted online in the past comes back to bite me, so be it.
I don't go to church on Sunday
Don't get on my knees to pray
Don't memorize the books of the Bible
I got my own special way

Well, not so much for employment, but for starting my own business. I'm tired of employers, so I'll be finding my own customers now, thanks.

Make it. Sell it. Profit.

I know I'm sticking my nose in here, but wouldn't deleting posts, (you have every right to do so btw), leave holes on the context of some topics? I quite like reading old posts, it makes me feel smarterer!

Just like my opinion, man.
