Dudeism Wedding Abroad

So Dudes and Dudettes been wondering if anyone knows about Dudeism weddings over seas? Few friends and even myself been wonder other than America (And Canada) what countries allow Dudeism weddings?

  • New Zealand

  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Finland
as examples? Anyone know if they are valid?

2. Thanks, just wondered since my buddy was thinking about a ceremony closer to his friends family over seas and another wanted to do it somewhere romantic so I thought I'd ask around.

Here in the U.S. the government pretty much leaves it up to the local authorities to determine for themselves who can and cannot legally officiate at weddings and funerals and such.  The best thing to do would be to check with the locals once each of your friends figure out exactly where they want to get married, then double check with the locals where they live just to be sure a wedding performed overseas will still be considered legal when they get home.  Usually it's just a matter of filling out and filing the proper paperwork, but it would suck to fly off and get married then come home to find out there's an arbitrary rule in a book on a shelf somewhere that says it doesn't count.
