Pretty sick at the moment

Shivering all over and coughing a lot..getting some meds in me so I've got a few days off work. Gonna try and spend them like the dude. Wish me luck and any ideas about what I can do would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah. that cough can be real annoying man.....and it does take time to go. Some Vicks Nyquil at night will help. Hope the fever is gone..Take it easy

Sit in a nice hot bath with hot wet towel on forehead and drink some thing with a lot of honey weather it be a White Russian or a hot cup of tea

If you are spending a lot of time in air conditioning get out of it.
It can really make people sick this time of year.
I had a bad cough that developed into a real chest cold. Coughing up nasty crap every morning.
I stopped sleeping in an air conditioned room and it cleared up.

Most of the major symptoms are over but I still have a terrible cough. It's making work worse than usual unfortunately..
