The reason was the Coen Brothers knew that the place had been used to make a few porn movies; it was their way of having a little bit of "mysterious fun" at that filming location...

Well, sure, but Jackie was a known pornographer, too. I mean, it all kinda comes together. The lead-in with the topless chicks on the trampoline and what-not.
