Lower your expectations.

This book shows some promise. I'm about halfway through it on my Kindle and the thing that impresses me most is the author's ability to quote facts and stats that are beginning to show me the true value in lowering my expectations across the board.

One of these kinda books one buys on a whim and actually turns out to be a good read. In my opinion.
