Whoa. Dude. Blatant Undudeness. I guess they need to ponder what the Dude said in "THE TAO OF THE DUDE, 1. Zen and the Art of Dudeism: The Dude Attitude" where he says, "Like Lao Tzu, he also stressed that (and I am paraphrasing here) we need to chill out, take it easy, roll with the punches, and everything will be as copasetic as can be under the circumstances."

Fuck Lao Tzu.
There are numerous paths to feeling good. Some involve an ass kicking.
But yeah in general the little prick had a point.
I council the old "Count backward from 10 before being undude" approach.

Wow, man. Some really uptight folks. The first of those videos was made particularly entertaining by the calming piano soundtrack.

As well as being funny these make a great visual reminder of the kind of shit we're trying to avoid.

Yeah the piano makes it.
I guess one key to avoiding undedeness is to cultivate a sense of humor about it.
Once you're in that mode, your little self editor will kick in every time you are about to lose your shit.
