I'm gonna be straight to the point man.  Is dudeism an exclusive religion, or can it be more like a worldview attached to another belief system?  For example, could you be a Dudeist Christian, Dudeist Muslim, or Dudeist Jew?  I mean we don't have a lot of restricting beliefs or a God to worship with Dudeism.

I don't speak for Dudeism in any way but my take is...

It is inclusive of beliefs that don't conflict with Dudeist beliefs and a Dudeist "attitude".
I really think this is the same for any religion.
It's not really a decision about whether to be inclusive or exclusive.
If a religion decides to be inclusive of people with beliefs that conflict with the core beliefs of the religion ('ie' allow them to actually BE a whatever) I'd have to say that that religion is "self obliterating".
I'd say Dudeism is different from many religions in that we "abide" the undude or non-dude while many other religions specifically do not abide any other beliefs. The core beliefs of the religion are seen as "correct" and there is usually a specific directive that one MUST be of those beliefs.
Most of the major religions are like that and while most of those have adherents that don't practice the intolerance, that intolerance is clearly and specifically a part of scripture and central to the system no matter what the new age types say about it.
Dudeism I would say has no such "directive" but the undude are still undude. We just feel like "that's just like their opinion man". They are not included in the set of the Dude but not scorned or said to be "damned" to some terrible fate.

I just don't think that the term inclusive or exclusive works in this context.
A person is included in the set of human beings by virtue of BEING human.
A dog in the set of Dogs by virtue of BEING a dog.
Green lucky charms by virtue of being green lucky charms. Etc...
Even if humans DECIDE to be inclusive of dogs, a dog remains a dog and a human a human.
Inclusive and exclusive strike me more like marketing terms for the fucks at the main office to keep up the numbers.

Based on my experience, it's inclusive...but be ready to justify any extravagant belief you profess with substantial evidence. Or don't. But there's a strident rationalistic strain floating about these parts, too.

So much comes down to what is meant by terms.
In the context of religion Inclusive and Exclusive have very different meaning than what is obvious.

Typically in the context of religion these terms are..

1) Exclusivism. This is the position that truth, the truth, belongs to one religion alone, and that all other religions that differ from it are simply false.

2) Inclusivism. This is the position that the truth belongs to one religion alone, but it allows that differing religions may express that same truth -- though less explicitly, clearly, or adequately.

3) Pluralism. This is the view that all religions are more or less equally true, or equally valid ways of expressing the truth.

4) Finally, Nihilism. This is the view that none of the religions is "true" in any genuine, literal sense, and so the problem of their differences just goes away.

Terminology is everything. For instance here is an official set of guidelines for the use of "Inclusive" terminology by the Evangelical Lutheran church.
In this case the term Inclusive is essentially what one would expect.
As in "being appealing to a wide range of people".

Then there's vagina.

That is inclusive terminology.
Boobs would be the best.

I don't know about that.  I've been excluded from it most of my life.  :-\

Okies made me cringe to think it, making me cringe to type it. Fuck it, it also makes me laugh so:

Hey man, we all have to start somewhere.... (queue sad trombone/ wah-wah-wah)
Abide.
Synonyms: observe, act in accordance with, accept, respect, endure, tolerate, bear, continue, remain, persist, stay
Archaic: Live

As a matter of fact, no, it doesn't.  Neither does the body part it describes, for that matter.  ;)
