I made a picture I call, "Enlightened One" that I would very much like to post but am unable to because I'm a fucking amateur.  Anything I can do about this?  Not sure how many posts I gotta make to unlock stuff and I know in general its a no-no to post the secret unlocking post number.  What can I do?  I can't post links or even post it via an IMG tag (its on Photobucket as well as my PC, of course).  Any suggestions or PMs on when I can expect to be able to show you Dudes my Dude picture?  I suppose I should just mellow and relax and all things will come in their own time I guess...

Edited: I'll try this again with the image in question added...

Here is a picture I call "Enlightened One".  What do you dudes think?  I have ideas for ways that I can possibly expand on this idea later but am kinda of just getting started with it.

Take 'er easy, Dudes!

It's a great picture.

I must say though I personally am opposed to canonising Jeff Bridges or the Dude.

The Dude just is, to miss quote the zen "If you see the Dude on the street kill him!"

I have to say honestly I do agree with that.  I am more of the train of thought that the less like the more organized religions, for the most part, the better.  I think it leaves things more open for self interpretation which is important.  I did this picture as more of an exercise and to be thought provoking than anything.  I mean, even The Dude wasn't really perfect or an ideal, but he was a person who knew himself.  That's kind of what I was getting at...

Completely agree with you the Dude was just this Guy Man (to quote HGTG)

But I really do like the picture, is it by hand or is it a GIMP/Photoshop effort?

This is my one of my own from ages ago:

Just a bit of fiddling with GIMP.

It was made using GIMP.  I don't have the bones or clams or what-have-you for Photoshop.  Although GIMP has been quite useful.  I do dig the style of your picture!  It has a certain mood about it that I just want to live in for a moment...  Good stuff!  Far out man, fucking far out! Where was the original picture taken at if you don't mind me asking?

The original is a still from one of Oliver's videos. I liked the scene so sampled it then ran it through some GIMP stuff.
