Looking for a Portland, OR Dude

I'm an ordained Dude here in Portland, OR, and I'm trying to get licensed to perform my friend's wedding in Vegas later this year.  One of the forms I have to fill out has to be signed by a "representative of my church", and _notarized_, certifying that I really am a Dude.  The Dude that runs this site sez he can't do notarized, but that a local Dude could sign it for me.

So... I need a Dude that'll meet with me and a notary public so we can sign some docs and drink some White Russians.  Any takers?
