What is Dudeism all about?

Hi; I'm new to all of this and am thinking about being ordained. Can any of you please tell me what it is that Dudeism is all about? What's it based on? What makes it a religion?

FYI Shagbeard is a dude who abides I guess he's just curious (as am I ) as to why you don't seem to have any understanding of Dudeism not even what it's based on.
