The President of Uruguay: Jose Mujica

Not only is the nation of Uruguay taking the lead and path out of the dark ages with cannabis but it's president is a down to earth dude that, in my humble and honest opinion, deserves a mention around this wonderful community. He is said to be "the world's poorest president," he lives in a farm not in the presidential palace, drives an old vw bug, ex-guerrilla dude and that he donates most of his income to charities that benefit the poor.
