I've been using this to great effect, though I modified it a bit:

(Inhale)As I breathe in, I Abide with the Universe
(Exhale)As I breathe out, the Universe Abides in me.
Each time you say this in your mind, plane of vibrating gold color(Dude Vibes) emanating from you body, creating an area of happiness and calm that moves with you.

Repeat whenever your actions or emotions become very undude.
