Question for Dudes who have had an In-N-Out burger??

Digital's recent thread about the In N Out burger story has peeked my interest in the actual burgers. I'd love to try one, but since I'm in MI it might be a long time. I cook and grill a lot, and I want to try to make my own version. I love me a good burger so my question for my fellow Dudeists is, what exactly makes it an "In-N-Out burger"? Is there a special condiments typically used? What are the usual toppings? How are they cooked? flat top griddle? Broiled? Any insights into the holy IAO Burger will be much appreciated man!

Far out! Interesting reading the comments, since I don't have a frame of reference for the original. I'll have to sift through the comments from the legit cooks vs. the hacks who can't boil water. Thanks for the link man! I'll be making them soon.
