Need to get sponsored in Wisconsin

Anybody know how I can get sponsored in Wisconsin. I am a Minnesota resident and need to officiate my daughters wedding in Wisconsin and I believe the rules are that somebody needs to sponsor me from the Church of Latter Day Dude that is ordained in Wisconsin. Please let me know if you can help out. Thanks.
