Roy Spencer is not well regarded among his peers because his "science" just doesn't hold up for shit. He whines and bitches about how peer-reviewed journals won't publish his papers, assigning blame to some kind of "political correctness" on the parts of the editors. He does not address, however, that those of his peers who've reviewed his papers have found flaws in his basic science.

He also promotes "Intelligent Design" and has argued that it should be taught in schools.

Spencer rarely discloses that he's on the board of directors of the Marshall Institute, which is a front group of the oil and gas industry whose primary purpose is to generate propaganda to convince the public that there is not broad consensus among scientists in the climate related fields about anthropogenic global warming.

So, the guy is obviously not a golfer, man.

Not too worried about the "Intelligent Design" issue myself, to each his own on that one. What does it matter if we developed from a pile of dead rocks; AKA "from the goo through the zoo to you?" Or we were created by some all powerful dude and rolled out naked in a garden? Can't be bothered by that shit, man. Gives me a rash. Life goes on...

That is not the issue here, dude. What is on the table is the almost 20 year hoax perpetuated on the public commonly referred to as "man made global warming" which was, and still remains, complete bullshit. Here is the latest news on the Climategate scandal: Phil Jones, the man at the center of the Climategate leaked email scandal, was interviewed by the BBC and during this interview he had some very interesting comments, to say the least.

Besides the leaked emails that showed the IPCC was ignoring the data that would have helped to disprove the notion of man-made global warming, and besides the fact that the IPCC made false claims about the Himalayan glaciers melting, and besides the fact that the IPCC made false claims about the rising seal levels in the Netherlands, and besides the fact that the IPCC used faulty data from China to prove the global warming hoax, we now have Phil Jones making even more startling revelations...
