Met my first fellow Dudeist

So...

I'm a car detailer at a local dealership and we have this lot attendant we hired a couple of months back.  He mentions our local breweries annual showing of The Big Lebowski.  I said to him "Hey... there's this online site and..."  he cuts in and says, yeah, he's ordained.

F'ing cool.  We're gonna go bowling soon.  The alley downtown has a sandwich called The Big Lebowski.  The junior bowling league are called the Urban Achievers.

Made my day a bit happier.

Actually there's a lot of the ordained that don't do a lot on the forum, Klaus (also ordained) doesn't post that much at all. Just turns up to the meetings we throw (when we can organise them, Dudeist Organisation - a true oxymoron).

After I got ordained I told a friend about it.  He started asking me questions and wanted to know more.  I told him to peruse the site a bit.  He called me two days later and said he dug what was being said and decided to join the lifestyle.  It was pretty cool.

The dudes are out there man. I've been working with a fella for 5 years, it was only when we got chatting last month that we discovered we were fellow dudes. Plus, I'm proud to say two of my nephews (from seperate families) watched Lebowski last year and now they're ordained too. It's a good time to be a dude.
