I heard the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, got really good reviews, broke the record at 155 million or something like that, and got a 9.9 rating on IMDB....

Anybody see it yet?
Careful man, there's a beverage here!

How about "My Cousin Vinny" or "The Blues Brothers"?

Try ,The Three Amigos, best enjoyed with oat sodas, caucasians, and I don't mind if you do a "j"

There's a plethora of laughs...but that's just like my opinion, Jeffe

Saw all of these movies already, they were funny, but not the kind of movies I'm lookin for now, lookin more for independent films that bring new shit to light, you know.

The Royal Tenenbaums, Lars and the real girl and  i saw a great new Hbo's serie, The Flight of the conchords, somebody saw it? is fantastic, i saw all the first season but they don't know if they'll make the second season.in fact i found some Dudeist behaviors in the characters.

Brit and Jemaine:

Dave (he have somethings like Walter):

and the two best characters in my opinion Mel and Murray (he's like Donny sometimes):

And the serie is very quotable too.

Saw Royal Tennenbaums (liked it but wasn't very impressed, just a sweet family story type movie)
and saw Lars and the Real Girl (loved it).

Haven't seen Flight of the Conchords, I don't get HBO, so I will see if I can download or rent it.
Thanks.

My Dinner With Andre

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082783/

Wallace Shawn and Andre Gregory, apparently playing themselves, share their lives over the course of an evening meal at a restaurant. Gregory, a theater director from New York, is the more talkative of the pair. He relates to Shawn his tales of dropping out, traveling around the world, and experiencing the variety of ways people live, such as a monk who could balance his entire weight on his fingertips. Shawn listens avidly, but questions the value of Gregory's seeming abandonment of the pragmatic aspects of life.  Written by Rick Gregory

This sounds more like something Im interested in, I'll check it out Dbuddha.

Dude you're out of your element here. What about the movie's esthetic, the soundtrack and the story isn't a simple story, in fact sometimes is very tragic...

Yes I know Dudette, but I don't know, it just didn't get to me like other movies.
Maybe its something to do with Ben Stiller and the Wilson brother who are usually
in slapstick-type comedies, was hard for me to take the movie seriously.

Saw it, also saw Better off Dead.

Actually looking more for movies like DBuddha recommended, My Dinner with Andre, little known, classic, independent, deep, a movie that brings new shit to light.

Saw Ghost World, was good, but I dont know why its called Ghost World, doesnt have anything to do with the movie except for the bus scene.

Swimming to Cambodia may fit the bill re: My Dinner with Andre-style movies. This is a monologue by Spalding Grey...it's fraught with Dudeist insights, imo.
The whole concept abates.
