I didn't pick up on this when it happened last year but here is a guy who carelessly "tweeted" something (not the funniest joke about blowing up an airport) and is in prison for it now.

There is a move currently being made by the U.N. to basically have total legal authority over the internet, you can imagine where it goes from there.
