Khalid Sheikh Mohammed



They could face the death penalty if found guilty, the Pentagon confirmed.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and the four others - Waleed bin Attash, Ramzi Binalshibh, Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali and Mustafa Ahmad al-Hawsawi - are expected to be tried together, the Pentagon added.

They are accused of planning and executing the terror attacks of 11 September 2001, which saw hijacked planes strike New York, Washington and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

I have to ask what else is your government up to that is so important they don't want you to think about, or notice it, so they are shouting about 911 again?

Also, they've not been found guilty yet, as stated.  What happened to innocent until prooven guilty?  Witch-hunting is also very undude, IMDO :)

Good luck with a "fair" trail, in this Guantanamo-Age atmosphere.  Sometimes justice is blind and deaf and a little slow-witted, another universal truth even in the "most civilised" nations.  Ho-hum.

He'll spend the rest of his life in a tiny little cell in endless torture.
Sort of like a job in information technology.
