A few months ago I was asked to perform a wedding in Bernallio County, in New Mexico. When I called the county office to see if it was cool if I could marry my peeps, they basically said it was up to the couple to "prove" I was ordained. When I asked how they did that, they told me the couple needed to see my letter of good standing and ordination papers. When I asked if it mattered what faith I was the lady literally said "We don't care, it's up to the couple to confirm that who ever is marrying them is ordained and in good standing".

The couple didn't have any problems filing their papers.
