Hey dudes,

I was wondering if anyone could think of any dudes in literature or films (other than The Big Lebowski), is was thinking like Zaphod Beeblebrox or Bertie Wooster or Kermit the frog, you know, guys like that.

Ford Prefect from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy because he just goes with whatever comes his way and even imminent death doesn't seem to bug him. He just takes it all optimistically in stride, strikes and gutters...put simply, he abides dudes.
