I know this is kinda un-dude of me but I think my laziness sometimes is a problem! I will put off chores for like hours, or put off homework till like 11 pm man. It pisses on my rug! Anyone have any advice to get over the procrastination/laziness but still takin' er easy?
"Fuck it Dude, let's go bowling."

dont think of these things as chores would be a good start, that starts the negativity than causes the procrastination or "dicking around" to use the parlance of our times.
you need to learn mulit tasking - i'm not saying try doing homework at the same time as playing a computer game, or changing the gas cylinder and smoking a j, but match up compatible things. doing homework and listening to an album by you fav band. by the time you've listened to the album, hopefully the work will also be done.

My feelings are the sooner you get the things done that you must, the sooner you can "dick around". Responsibilities first, dicking off second.
"Is this a... what day is this???"

Well dude...you need to take the middle way...not to fast, but not too slow either. If you go too fast you get caught in the rapids of the river of life and can get cast upon the rocks. If you go too slow you get stuck in the muck and mire. The trick is to find that middle way. Abiding also means doing what needs to be done.
just like my opinion dude.

All the fucking time, Dude. I'm probably the biggest underachiever I know a part from my cousin who has never held a job for more than a year in his entire life and he's half way through his 30s while living in my mom's basement. I just simply don't care.

Overcoming procrastination is a hard thing to do. The key to dealing with laziness is taking action, and the key to taking action is finding the motivation to do so. But... I suppose if you're getting the most out your life then being lazy isn't a problem. But Dude, get good grades! Get down to business immediately and take action.

it leads to naught but sorrow.
I can give it up any time.
In fact I will...tomorrow.

I'm with you.
It eats me up that I procrastinate so much.
And it leads to a bad feeling over time.
But on the plus side, the sum totals are so bad.
In the big picture I make progress.

I usually don't have many things to do, but when I do I usually do them when I'm bored. So when I think about the thing I have to do, I think "do I have anything else to do right now?" Sometimes the answer is "no" and that's the correct time to do what I have to do =P

I'm with cckeiser, find the middle way. Also find a way of making the work fun, whether it be listening to music or simply finding a way to make it more entertaining. That's how I make it through the work day because I might not like what I'm doing, but I'm going to friggin enjoy myself while doing the job dude. It's pointless to let work of any sort get you down because once it's over, you can do what you want, and the more fun you have the quicker the work goes by. Now that I think of it, that's actually my middle way lol.

Dude in progress

IMO its all about balance, figure out what is important to you and how to make that happen.  I was in sales for years and hated the stress but loved the money, eventually I realized I was all about my special lady friend and I got married.  Shortly after I left sales and took a pay cut to do something I like and be a better dude for the Mrs. and have never been more at peace.  The "jobs" are now things I actually dig and when you set up your life so that the hard things are things you are ok with you won't find yourself putting them off.  Tough when your in high school as that sucks but abide it and things move on.

You know how bad of a procrastinator I am? I picked up a pamphlet on procrastination in college and how to overcome it about a month ago. Never read it.
