Was thinking about the subject of "teaching Dudeism." Perhaps an accredited College of Dudeism. Was also thinking how cool it would be to have Dudeism Conventions. Not a silly LebowskiFest, but a real convention of world wide Dudeist.

But, back to Teaching Dudeism; thoughts on establishing Dudeist teaching centers and places of laid back Dudeist fellowship, online, and in actual locations. A Dudeist meditation center would be cool too.

Thoughts from other Dudeist brethren on these matters?

We can have our first meeting at the bar in the bowling ally. All kidding aside, that sounds awesome. I wonder how many dudes are in the Phoenix AZ area that can meet here. Brings up a good point. I wish there was a way to find dudes... uh... I mean dudeists. They have places to find dudes. It's called a gay bar. I love gay dudes, but I am on a strict vajayjay diet.

I digress, I wonder if there is a way to locate other followers of dudeism in a general location. I would imagine that is the first step to having a meeting event.

I asked that another post and m5 was good enough to explain. Can't remember which thread it was in but now know you need a google account.
Perhaps m5 will be good enough to reiterate :)

You need to create an account with google.

Need to log on to google maps.

Once logged on then you click "Edit" that should appear in the top left of the screen.

Place your pin (make it a pin if you can).

Any "Knob" (that's Johnson for our US Viewers) pictures will be deleted.

Then Click "save" and log out.

Hominid it's nothing to do with you not having selected the map is it? The actual url is:

No, there's still no "Edit" option that you speak of (that I can see).  Not sure what to say dude...

Not sure what to tell you  either dude. I went to the link Meekon5 provided then went up to the right hand corner and signed in. As soon as I provided my password the map opened up again with the "Edit" option in a red box near the top of the left side white column where all the names are listed.

Try using Internet Explorer to login, Hominid. On rare occasions, I have seen Firefox unable to function "perfectly" on sites "built for and optimized for Internet Explorer." It's a long shot, but that might be the problem. It's happen to me a couple of times in the past. I had to switch over to Internet Explorer to get a webpage to work properly, especially when forms or control boxes are involved. Depending on what version of Firefox you are using, that might be the problem.
