That is fucking amazing!! OK, here is what should happen; the cop should be charged with unlawful assault and battery (a felony), fired, indicted for his actions, convicted and sentenced to jail for at least 3 to 5 years. After which, being a convicted felon, he will never be permitted to posses, use, or even touch a firearm again (and other weapons as required in the law), losses his rights to vote or hold public office, loses his right to obtain any professional license such as Real Estate license, and be subject to law suits brought against him by his victims.

That would be justice. Let's see if this country believes in it's laws and applying them equally to ALL people within the country.
