The Dude, Walter Sobchak, and Jackie Treehorn...  "The three most interesting men in the world" (Move over Dos Equis Guy)



The Dude who hates the Eagles, man, latter admitted it was because he was once thrown out of the Hotel California.



The Dude is so cool his bartender where he bowls sometimes thinks he has to spike his Caucasians with a pinch of anti-freeze, unknowingly though the anti-freeze can have a reverse affect of freezing the brain's synaptic paths, fortunately for The Dude, he has always smartly followed with a strict regimented consumption of Caucasians, Holistic Herbs...(cannabis, Thai sticks, ect.) and drugs of sorts to keep his mind limber, thus he always has protection, even paraquat can't effect him.

great radio piece on NPR today about the odd architect who designed, amongst many other things, 'jackie treehorns 'nice pad'. they even used some clips of the movie where the dude says so.
jackie treehorn was one cool customer, man and that house was amazing, the archetect( name eludes me, i asnt paying strict attention,) even designed that wacky fucking couch the dude reclined upon.
