the dude is almost always wearing underwear as outer wear ,but the inner  underwear  is always showing, which i think is supposed makes it a bit less risque because it proves that two layers are being worn.

...I wouldn't call shorts underwear. In southern US cities, it's acceptable to wear light shorts and some pajama-esque garments because it's usually pretty hot around here. It's 75 degrees right now in feburary for fucks sake. You better damn well believe my shorts are as laid back as possible.  sorry if im comin off defensive but, whats with the 3rd degree about the shorts! can't a dude catch a breeze?
