It's my birthday soon and I will be 48 years old ..... whow!

That's a lot of years and a lot of fun and a lot of mistakes and a lot of things learned and forgotten.

My time on this planet has allowed me certain privileges such as to express my opinion with the weight of experience and knowledge behind any statement I make.

I know as a teenager I thought I knew a lot but I soon realised that whenever I engaged in conversation with people who were older and dare I say wiser, then most of my points I was endevouring to make would be nullified and I learned quickly to Shut the Fuck UP!

I assume that was me learning to respect my elders....

I believe that there is at least one child on this board who would do well to learn the same.

It's on the 25th... I will be working that day and the next.... someone may have a special surprise lined up for me though.... :)

I too remember bieng a bit of a self opinionated knob as a teenager.
