Trying to abide. But I admit that I'm living for Friday night.
It's like walking through land mines all week.

I try and keep it level but I actually had to take a week off just to keep my head on straight.
So much stress I got sick and had to be checked for ulcers and such.
I work in info technology and I'm in charge of an application that during peak time can process as much as around a billion (yup) bucks a day.

And there are constant recurring issues to deal with.
Sometimes it feels like being a traffic cop at the Indy 500.

I bought a popup camper and on weekends I take the kids and wife and go to a lake or somewhere and sit, and knock back oat sodas. And listen to tunes while the kids swim or whatever.

At present, that, and the occasional music fest or acid flashback is my only solace.

Trying to abide.
All the dude ever wanted was his rug back.

Out here we are all his children

I think you are taking this whole money thing far too seriously dude. It's just numbers,it's just a fucking game.
What's  your next of skin gonna do if you burn out?Has anyone pissed on your rug or cut off a toe here?
This ain't Nam.
Take 'er easy dude.
If you believe you can tell me what to think.
I believe I can tell you where to go.
