We said we'd keep in virtual contact, but forgot to exchange any details, to swap ideas and keep each other posted on whatnot.

I did a search for Dudeist Yoga Centre and a few posts by a name like that came up, but yeah, I didn't want to just start messaging people unless I was sure.  I don't like to bother people... apart from the fact that lots of people will read this unnecessarily and feel bothered, that is
