I think that a location needs to first be chosen. Or several locations for that matter to ensure geographical fairness for dudeists nation and worldwide. If there needs to be a ceremony to make it an official celebration I would start with a toast from the Dudley lama (or a message from him to be read at the event)  A nice Caucasian toast and a bowling bonanza. Bring your friends and have some Dudeists information available. Bring the J's anywhere where they are legal or the law enforcement is willing to abide. Open it up to your entire community. Heck you could even make it a holiday where people make charitable donations to a Dudley . All in all just let people know they are welcome to learn about dudeism or just welcome to enjoy a good time.
