So I went to that Zen symposium last summer, Anne Waldman was there, Alen Ginsburge's "spiritual wife". Sat urday morning of the symposium, we have a good sit(meditate), I decide to take a leisurely nature stroll, get goooood and limber, my eyes must have looked like big red buttons. That was great, but when I get back and sit in the meeting room, Anne comes out and does like an hour of her poetry, yeah man, I was in hippie heaven. A truly Dude experience, that I would wish upon you all.
