and what the fuck is a 'pub'?
jk.

Pub, short for Public House (that's public house but not a Public Right of way, check the offices shops and railway premesis act), resort to wiki (as usual). Possibly also referred to as Tavern.

Generally a drinking establishment central to British culture (see Dickens). they used to be pivotal to local culture but have declined recently because of rising prices across the bar and falling prices in the supermarkets.

I'm a fan of using the smilies to help get my point across ( ;) ;D :D 8) )  but I know that some people absolutely detest them.

I knew what JK was, but decided to just see where this went!! ;D ;D

I'm easily amused.
From what is Dudeism trying to liberate us?Thinking that's too uptight.

To what state of being is Dudeism trying to bring us? Just taking it easy, man.

By what means does Dudeism attempt do this? Abiding.

Caesar dude

JK? I ain't down with the kids man....thought it was a nom de plume or somesuch thing...
Love is like a butterfly it goes where it pleases and it pleases where it goes. :)

hannahdude

hell, caesar, i aint no kid man, im nearly 50!
most of the time of the forum, i've noted, i feel like i'm being totally understood, and more importantly that i UNDERSTAND the intonation of dud'es words. i thiiknk the key is i imagine the DUDE HIMSELF SAYING THE WORDS i write and then context just seems to appear, its all good man, nothings fucked here; you know, the baisc tenants of dudeism are present in everything i say. which means, like the dude( with his satre on his nightstand) im a lot more intelligent than i let on!

Rev. Ed C

Wait... is this about the guy from Jamiroquai now?  Funnily enough, JK has a tiny pub built into his own house!  Rich, flashy bastard that he is.

There's more than one town of that name. I lived in Bowling Green, Ohio for awhile.

"Gulliver told his tale in as few words as possible. The captain stared with wonder, and would not believe his story. But Gulliver then took from his pockets the black cattle and the sheep, which of course clearly showed that he had been speaking truth. He also showed gold coins which the Emperor of Blefuscu had given him, some of which he presented to the captain.

"The vessel did not arrive at the port of London till April, 1702, but there was no loss of the live stock, excepting that the rats on board carried off and ate one of the sheep. All the others were got safely ashore, and were put to graze on a bowling-green at Greenwich, where they throve very well."

Some say it always existed in the heavens:

"Odin was a sky god when sky gods were revered and feared and he and Thor bumped across the heavens in thunder and lightning, savage bowling with the heads of the dead."
