You're damned if you dude, you're damned if you don't.

I'm sorry...I do not understand why someone would do that to someone else?
Not what I consider Abiding. 8)

It's sort of like bashing in a windshield, to me, it was a "Walter thing." It just looked funny.

No need to explain to me dude. I know I am the odd one when it come to humor. I am not a party type person...I have a rather droll sense of humor.
I do not find the modern comedy passed on stupidity funny...I refuse to watch them. I prefer a clever and witty type of humor. No one is doing clever and witty any more.

Familiar with Eddie Izzard? He's brilliant!

Eddie Izzard (also a great actor) and Bill Bailey (also a great dude), the kings of modern surrealist comedy.  'Nuff said.

Had to look him up on IMBd,( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0412850/ ), but yeah I do know the dude. He was great in Across The Universe, and he was in The United States of Tara which is the kind of comedy I enjoy. 8)

Sorry, also looked Bill Bailey up on IMBd, ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0047155/ ), and I have seen a one or two things he was in, but still do not remember him. Must be a UK thing? 8)

Another Brit I looked up http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000410/ , but still do not remember even though I have seen several of his films. He does look oddly familiar, I just do not remember him.

You're right there CC.  They've both stand-up comedians here in the UK (although they're both in a lot of film and TV nowadays, Izzard you might know from US movies and TV, from Mystery Men to The Riches).

They're the sort who don't just prat about, they know their stuff, from history, to politics,to religion, mythology, science and... whatnot, and use it to take a light-hearted satirical look life and the general silliness of things.  Surreal sattire is very Dudely, in a British sense.  It's what we hve in place of Geroge Carlin and Bill Hicks :)

As for Stephen Fry, he's half the old double act of Fry and Laurie, but I don't need to tell you who hugh Laurie is :)  Also very intelligent and surreal sattirist of times gone by, also famous for Blackadder and being Jeeves and Wooster in the great TV adaptation of the PG Wodehouse stories.

Soupy twist!

My special lady used to watch House, so I recognize Hugh Laurie just in passing. House is not one of my preferences. I am not a tv fan, but I do enjoy a good movie. It is just that good movies seem to be few and far between of late.
We just watched The King's Speech last night. Thought that was pretty good, long, but pretty good.

The dude's "Dressed to Kill" concert is hysterical!
