When oh when will that happen?
You know I bet that legalization would have a better chance in Vermont or New Hampshire than it did in California. California has too much of a weed industry. The growers and dispensaries don't want to see it fully legalized.

I don't see NY leading the charge on that one. I was amazed when they decriminalized it.
We went for the Rockefeller drug laws with mandatory prison to decriminalization.
Possession of under an ounce is not even a misdemeanor.

I know there's a lot of consensus on this site about legalising it.

It just makes sense

Legalise it.
Control it.
Tax it.

Think of the money the governments would be making and we wouldn't have to piss around with dodgy "soap bar" with old tires in it.
