It depends on your state, dude. I was a Priest of another religion before Dudeism and in CA I was not required to file it with the county, only have it handy if they need to verify it. Call the County Clerk, that's what they are there for.

Wow that is some epic stuff sir. The big Tron Legacy project I'm working on now is just as epic. Pre-ordering the Blu ray set. And much less work. LOL.
