Newbie Saying Hi

Even though I clicked on the "ordain me" link and got ordained and all, I recognize that I am but an acolyte, a beginner. I know I am not wise in the ways of this site, its regulars and I have a ways to go before reaching whatever my peak level might very well be of Dudeness.

I'm a nurse's aide which is one of the only jobs where the standard uniform is basically a pair of pajamas and tennis shoes. But at the job that's as far as relaxed chill-out dudeness can go, except for the fact I love what I do. (All Dudes love what it is they do, or so I'm told).

When I come home, though, is when I can slack more. But listen, I just wanted to tell a little bit about myself. My name is Michael, and that's what I go by on the website, but I'm currently pondering a change. The site name will come to me. I just wanted to say a bit about myself and I did.

Hey, Michael68 welcome to the electronic lodge, man; it's great that you love what you do - how fortunate is that(?) - not sure that all Dudes love what they do. Maybe they try to get to a point - in feeding their monkey - where they can just abide it. Anyway, any rug in the place . . yours (incidentally, I don't think you can change your username . .that's just my opinion though).

Well dude it's like this, on this board we basically have very low standards and even lower expectations. Of course that's just like my opinion man, but don't feel like you out there all on your own dude. Come on in...you fit right in...time and place dude...time and place.
