The older guy shouting "Gebt das Hanf frei" (Literally: Give the weed free; meaning: Legalize it) is Hans-Christian Stroebele, a politician, member of the Green Party and the Bundestag (German Parliament). I think he is a pacifist, too. I don't know whether he has emotional problems beyond that, or whether he is fragile

Also, jaku, I would like to qualify my statement about the more recent Raab. He still is good. Watched parts of one of his shows a couple of days ago. He is still doing very well at ridiculing the most shitty moments of TV.
