Thanks Dude, a little tribute to the late, great Dude, Vivian Maier http://vivianmaier.blogspot.com/

QuoteI was hoping you would not ask. I sort of regretted posting it almost as soon as I did. But you got me talking about myself and I got carried away. I do that sometimes!
It doesn't really fit on this forum. I use it as my profile/introduction on the few writing and poetry forums I have been on. I'm afraid it's not very dudely.

I am very glad you did my friend. This is a very good poem. It's written from the heart and I'm thinking your muse knows mine!

Thank you for sharing this Reverend cckeiser. It moved me dude.

Wtf are you blathering about, man? It's perfectly Dudely - you are a Dude therefore what ever you write is Dudely. You talkin' about the creative process - are Dudes not allowed to talk about that? There are no set guidelines, Dude - let your Muse fly as she will - we are really enjoying the results. Love it, man. Keep rolling (in a hurry, can't write more)  ;D

Fucklng eh, it really ties the cakebelly dude together.

I love your new avatar dude.

Is Dudeism a waste of time?  No, it's a way of making life easier, and we could all use any help we get.  I think better things come from a calm, rational mind.

A force of good?  Definitely.  This is where I have trouble and it's a constant battle.  I have spent much time in negatvie thought and belittling myself/letting others belittle me.  Negative thoughts produce negative results.  I make big strides in my life when I think "what if" or "things are pretty good, I'm blessed".  I'd rather be a force of good.  Maybe it'll help tilt the balance in this world, however small my contribution may be.
At least I'm housebroken.

Yeah, ozzy, I am fully with you, and I think I know a little about what you wrote myself.

Fact is, I notice that just thinking "oh fuck it let's go bowling" when I feel I get uptight about some thing or the other helps me to stay cool, give a shrug and ... oh well..have it your way.
Not always of course, ...
So, no it is no waste of time at all, it helps to become more relaxed, which can't be a bad thing.
