Bedlam.People used to pay to go in and be entertained by the patients.Now they televise it and call it Big Brother.And most people don't know what Big Brother really means either.Or who George Orwell was.He used to live in my street.Before my time of course.

I been putting this into practice; Often scattering my thoughts and tasks makes me uptight. Stop pick a task do it to finish or as close as possible (Provided events prevent) then move to next. This has surprisingly brought more calm aka dude.  8)
