I like how all his novels tie in or relate in some way, I think he really was captured by aliens and can time travel...

A most esteemed Dude, indeed - I still love "The Sirens of Titan"

Wow, I forgot about that one. Yea, quite an epic journey. Probably one of the most visual novels I've ever read.

Does any Dude have a copy (electronic or otherwise) of: "The Antipodes of the Mind" by Benny Shanon? Perhaps I have something (although my books are back in the UK - probably in some charity shop) that I can exchange. Is there room for a thread on book exchanges? Didn't The Dudespaper have a classifieds section - can't seem to locate it.

Dude that's really sad, I couldn't live without my (ever growing) library. Yes I have a spare room that is correctly referred to as "The Library". ;D

OK so i could actually live without my books but not very happily. I feel sorry for you.

Thanks Dude - but the ball rolls ever on; I did have the books stashed at my Sister's place (in her garage) but gave her the go ahead to get rid of them because she needed the space. It's not all bad, I did bring "The Penguin Book Of Zen Poetry" with me; a good place to start again.  ;D
