forgive my ignorance - is canada known for its goats? i thought a white canadian would be kahlua with canadian club and maple syrup.

As a Canadian I can say that I've never heard of Canada being known for goats. Could be a regional thing, it is a big place. Maybe if it was made with Moose milk... and maple syrup of course.
