The Idler is a bi-annual, book-shaped magazine that campaigns against the work ethic.

The intention of the magazine is to return dignity to the art of loafing, to make idling into something to aspire towards rather than reject.

Yeah, it was cool to meet Zen Dog and Tom and Meekon and Ed and more. Great place. We interviewed Tom for "The Way of the Dude" documentary. In fact we made him a Great Dude In History at the Dudespaper as well. Great guy, cool cafe, great writer.

Spooky you should be brining this up.  I just noticed on the way home about an hour ago that I'd lost my "Be Idle" badge that I'd bought from Tom when we were there last month.  A bit miffed!
