It's notable that in Wisconsin (as with many states) there is specific verbiage to allow a couple to self officiate.  This is to make allowances for Quaker marriages.  Historically Quakers do not have 'clergy'-- all are fellows in their faith with no hierarchy of a 'minister/flock'.   Quaker ceremonies, are broadly simply a declaration of their new status before the fellowship.

As such self declaration of any couple who believe in a faith that allows for the happy couple to declare the meaning and intent of their relationship to be that of marriage can self officiate their own marriage.

I'd say that Dudeism firmly falls into the category of a faith that allows for the happy couple to declare the status of their relationship-- whether that be special lady/man, man/ladyfreind or even as husband wife before their friends and family in the venue of their choice.
