BECOMING A DUDIST CHURCH - HOW?

Greetings fellow Dudes.
I have the opportunity to purchase an old Church, and some other Dudes and myself are more than a bit interested in making it an official Church of the Latter Day Dude. We want to hold bi-weekly congregations to spread the good word of the Dude.

Questions are:
Is there an official Church Of The Dude management body I can contact?
Is the Church Of the Dude respected by UK Law in terms of the Religious Freedom Act and Council Tax exemption status religious buildings?

Please help point a dude in the right direction. Thanks!
