The Blue Floyd web site has a few of their songs in MP3 and I think a better version of Wish You Were Here than on the one on youtube....but, that's like just my opinion dude...

Ninja - I agree the song "on it's own" is pretty sappy. But in context of the album - it's fucking brilliant! If I could only take three 8-tracks with me to a desert island for the rest of my life, Desperado would be one of them. Wonderfully crafted story/concept album. When I make that escape, Hotel Cali can stay in the bargain bin.

I saw the Eagles Hell Frozen Over tour at Wembley.I saw Kris Kristofferson at the Albert Hall.Every other year I go to the classical spectacular, same venue.I prefer Rod Stewarts version of Tom Trauberts Blues for which I won a botttle of wine on a karaoke night somewhere and I mostly listen to Mozart and Beethoven on the radio at home.I have a good friend,Tom Lewis a fellow ex submariner, who does folk and sea shanties which I listen to in the car.Man,music is the food of the soul and I have a varied diet.
