Welp hello all,

I sit down and mix a Caucasian( not inthat order) and figured I would be neighborly and greet my fellow like minded dudes.

Sitting with my bro watching some tv and doing some drinking.

I guess I'm a cross between Walter and the dude. Ther is a zen to shooting big bore revolvers at stuff far away. So ther yall go.

How much caffeine and alcohol is in a Caucasian? I just need to know since I take meds for anxiety. Speaking of anxiety... I've been through so much self-help and religion bullshit and dudeism is by far the best cure in my opinion because it let's you not worry about achieving and I can say fuck it and take it easy... very liberating!!!

not much caffeine but quite a bit of alcohol. but you don't need to drink white russians to be a dudeist of course.

a lower alcohol white russian could be made without vodka, just a little kahlua. that's called a sombrero, i think. but i checked about the caffeine since i don't like to drink caffeine at night and apparently the amount is negligible.

there's also some sugar free kahlua flavored syrup you can buy but i find it a bit nasty.

you could make totally non-caffeinated kahlua at home by putting instant decaf coffee powder and vanilla extract in a bottle of vodka and letting it sit for a week. also a lot cheaper than kahlua. they say instant coffee is better than "good" coffee for this purpose. worth a try!

I also take meds for anxiety,so I know what you are talking about-the caffeine is nothing to worry about,unless you have a low tolerance for caffeine,and as far as the alcohol content,like other dudes have said,you can mix it up or down to your liking!
I myself have found this holy mixture to be a cure for all my problems...take any rug in the place,and take it easy!

Did some research dudes... If I make a white russian with 1 ounce kaluha 1 ounce vodka and 1 ounce half and half over ice this is how it turns out:

Caffeine = about as much as much or less than a hershey bar of chocolate which I can eat without a problem.

Alcohol = about the equivilent of 1 to 1 and 1/2 beers which is fine because I'm allowed to have up to two beers and have it not affect my meds.

So... I just slammed back my first white russian a few minutes ago and it was fuckin delicious man... I dig the dude's choice in beverages man!

A little Walter in the mix is a good thing I have come to realize. It's like a Manhattan, you need a tiny bit of vermouth to make it just as perfect as it is. Just like a bit of Walter.
The Dude is the Yin to Walter's Yang, whenever one was calm and chilled the other is stressed and angry. They went back and forth (mainly Walter being pissed,) together they managed.
