All these topics are so serious, Dudes. I find it fucking exhausting. I miss the old days when someone would say something vaguely humorous, insightful, or stoned, then a couple pages of sarcastic quotes would follow.

True, the forum has gotten a bit serious as of late, but I think this is for a couple of reasons; first a lot of posting has gone on concerning what Dudeism is all about, and second, there has been a lot of ongoing debate that is rather new to this message board.

As dudes here get used to dealing with exploring Dudeism and working with other dudes doing the same, I think we will see a balance of serious debate along with a return to more light hearted subjects. That is not to say that exploring and debating Dudeism can't also be light hearted, but we are all pretty new to this. In time all will balance out; you know, the whole Yin and Yang thing going on.

Though I would say that it would be nice to see some dudes use their creativity to post on other subjects too, or we will end up as the Zen master once warned of "stinking of Zen," or in this case "stinking of Dudeism."

The board really sucks anymore dude.
